1 Remove the sleeve, pierce the film several times.

2 Place in the centre of the microwave for 7 minutes (800W). Adjust time according to other power levels.

3 Allow to stand for 1 minute, then carefully remove the film, stir, and make sure food is piping hot all the way through.
